I slowed down today since my legs and feet were tired from work on Wednesday night. Three rounds of shadow boxing and 30 mins on the elliptical machine.
Worked the triple jab and the jab to the body, jab to the head combinations today. I enjoyed the latter combination because I found it easy to mix in other combinations with it. Jab to the body, jab the head, cross, left outside hook to the kidney, right hook for example.
