Worked the pivot jab, it's a jab I use all of the time anyway to move in close and start throwing hooks and uppercuts.
After hitting the bag I ran in the almost freezing ran, felt like I had to do it. Next week I'll increase my running times up to 35 mins, then 40 mins the week after that, and 45 mins the week after that. I'll stick with 45 mins for about 5 weeks.
After improving my runs I'll start increasing the number of rounds hitting the bag. My goal will be to hit the bag for 10 rounds every other day.
My routine is as follows now:
Mon: Bagwork, Running
Tues: Scrapper Workout #1
Wed: Bagwork, Running
Thurs: Scrapper Workout #1
Fri: Bagwork, Running
Sat: Rest (Active rest maybe...)
Sun: Rest
